Our Story

AIA started from humble beginnings in 2007 and quickly became a leading supplier of Quality Countertops to the Recreational Vehicle Industry. With one eye on the present and one on the future, Management embraced and committed to making improvements in the areas of Quality, Accuracy, and Efficiency.

In late 2012 AIA moved into a newly renovated 132,000 sq. ft. production facility up the street from its original manufacturing facility. Through the dedication of its fabricators and their commitment to exceeding our customer’s needs, it took less than a year before management decided to build an additional 16,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility with $1.5MM of on-hand inventory, so that we could continue to exceed our customer’s growing needs.

It wasn’t long before our vision and service demanded additional growth. In late 2013, AIA was spun off through the birth of AIA Commercial which was and still does operate in our original 80,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. Suddenly, AIA was able to cement itself as a competitor in each of the primary commercial industries we serve, while maintaining the core values and principals that shaped our inception.

AIA’s exponential growth continued over its early years and it was quickly producing over 13,000 solid surface products a week through its two divisions combined. It was during this time that leadership recognized the need for developing a national fabrication system, as it was being demanded by the customers we served within our primary industries.

After spending and devoting time to understanding our customer’s needs, AIA Leadership focused on developing a Geographical footprint that provided us with the opportunity to exceed our customers needs. As a result, investments were made geographically in Fontana, CA and Baldwyn, MS.

In March of 2016, the first countertops rolled down the production line in Fontana, CA within its 36,000 sq. ft. production facility servicing our RV Customers in the SW United States. Today, the division has over 30 employees and is providing products and services to our hospitality, RV, educational, healthcare and military partners.

Shortly thereafter in August of 2016, AIA launched production within its newly-opened 118,000 sq. ft production facility in Baldwyn, MS. Today the division has more then 60 employees providing solid surface, granite, and quartz products to our Alabama-Based RV customers as well as our MH, hospitality, health care, government, educational, and military partners located in the Southeast United States.

Fast forwarding a few years, we remain committed to the service of our customers and our Customer 1st Culture remains the guiding light by which we operate. The Company remains vigilant in investing in our future through projects relating to Quality, craftsmanship, efficiency, and innovation. We believe our customers are our partners and we are committed to developing partnerships on a very high level so that everyone succeeds.

Today, we have 4 production facilities across the United States with more then 382,000 sq. ft; housing 15 Solid Surface CNC’s, 4 Granite/Quartz CNC’s, Bridge Saw’s, Fastback’s, 5-Axis CNC Machines, Water Jet/Saw Jet, Homag Sanding Systems, and Thermoforming Presses. We have 450+ team members dedicated to serving and exceeding our customers needs and it is this dedication that gives our customer’s the AIA Advantage.
